Through consultation with Barrister Mustafa Murad, a seasoned legal expert, Mr. Khan ultimately chose the LLC structure. This decision, while involving careful consideration of legal, financial, and operational implications, provided the necessary foundation for Cure Pharma to navigate the regulatory landscape, attract investment, and pursue sustainable growth in the competitive Pakistani pharmaceutical market.
