Abstract
This case study explores the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, particularly Generative AI, on the educational landscape. Focusing on the experiences of two business students, Bridget and Bertrand, it examines AI's potential benefits and challenges in learning. While AI tools can enhance research, provide diverse perspectives, and streamline tasks, concerns arise regarding over-reliance, academic integrity, and developing critical thinking skills.
This case study also highlights the need for responsible AI tool integration, emphasizing the importance of developing clear guidelines, fostering critical evaluation of AI-generated content, and equipping students with the skills to navigate the ethical implications of AI in their academic pursuits. By analyzing the students' experiences and perspectives, this case study provides insights for educators, students, and institutions in navigating the complexities and maximizing the responsible use of AI in education.
