Charoen Pokphand Foods (CP Foods), a global leader in agro-industrial and food businesses, strives to be the "Kitchen of the World." This case study examines its strategic focus on sustainability and innovation, integrating food security, societal self-sufficiency, and environmental balance into operations while leveraging technologies like blockchain, AI, and IoT for enhanced transparency and efficiency in its supply chain.

Despite its advancements, CP Foods faces challenges related to environmental concerns, such as deforestation and air pollution. It invites learners to analyze the company’s strategies for overcoming reputational risks and discuss its journey to achieving net-zero emissions by 2050 in its supply chain.
