Aï ITO

Aï is a Teaching Fellow at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology in the Workplace from the University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne, France. Her research interests include charismatic leadership, followership, self-disclosure, and gender in management. Aï regularly presents her research at conferences such as the Academy of Management (AoM) and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP). Her work has been published in expertise handbooks by Edward Elgar and Sage Publications.
