Asst. Prof. Arthon PROMPATANAPAK

Assist. Prof. Prompatanapak holds a MSc. in Business and Management from University of Strathclyde and BSc. in Economic (Business Studies) from Aberystwyth University. He was the Assistant Managing Director of a seafood processor company, Narong Seafood. With twenty-plus years in seafood business, he thrice served as Secretary General of Thai Frozen Foods Association. Currently, Arthon is the Director of Master of Management in Entrepreneurship (M.M.E) program at Bangkok University. He is an active researcher in the area of Food Supply Chain, Family Business and Transgeneration, Entrepreneurial Intent and Orientation in Thailand.  He is also the Director of Quality Ice Solutions, a leading rental ice making machine company in Thailand.
