Dr. Artie Ng is an accomplished business educator and researcher whose work bridges sustainability, globalization, and digital transformation. He has built an academic portfolio that integrates rigorous scholarship with applied business education. Dr. Ng has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, such as Journal of Cleaner Production, Technological Forecasting & Social Change, and Sustainability Accounting, Management & Policy Journal. He has co-edited books on sustainable energy, green finance, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
As the inaugural Dean of a private not-for-profit business school in Canada, Dr. Ng led innovative business program development and delivery that emphasized sustainability management, technological innovation, and global business strategies. His teaching and research highlight how organizations can achieve long-term resilience through sustainability education, responsible governance, and the adoption of digital technologies and AI amid Industry 5.0 and climate transition.
Committed to international collaboration, Dr. Ng has held visiting professorships in Europe and Asia, mentoring scholars and practitioners alike. Through developing new case studies with e-learning technologies, his work continues to inspire future leaders to balance economic growth with environmental and social responsibility in a rapidly transforming global economy. He received his PhD from the Adam Smith Business School at the University of Glasgow, UK.
