Abstract

Carabao Group, a well-known energy drink manufacturer in Thailand, practically integrated sustainability into its core business. Driven by growing concern for sustainability in the international market and a desire for competitive advantage, the company optimized its packaging supply chain and embraced circular economy principles, leveraging co-located facilities to minimize waste and transportation. Furthermore, the company prioritized social responsibility through community investments and customer-centric initiatives.

This case study demonstrates how integrating sustainability can enhance brand image, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and drive operational efficiency – providing significant perspectives for other businesses seeking to embrace responsible business practices.
